Carry the following documents with you:
1. Allotment Letter
2. NEET Score Card
3. NEET Admit Card
4. Class 10 Marksheet
5. Class 12 Marksheet
6. Passing Certificate, if separate
7. 6–8 Passport Size Photographs
8. One Postcard Size Photograph
9. Domicile Certificate
10. Caste Certificate, if applicable
11. Other certificates, if submitted during counselling
12. UP NEET Security Money Slip
13. UP NEET Registration Slip
14. Gap Certificate, if applicable
15. Character Certificate
16. TC and Migration Certificate
17. Medical Certificate
18. Anti-Ragging Affidavit, if required by the college
19. Aadhaar Card
the affidavit should be on rupee 100 stamp paper
Carry the original documents as well as two photocopies of each document.
